GarageTek systems are built with the highest quality materials and to precise tolerances. We use high-quality thermoplastics and virgin steel. Materials are warranted against manufacturing defects for five years. Any material that has manufacturing flaws will be replaced at no cost. GarageTek may require the return of the defective item. GarageTek is not liable for product overloading or misuse, nor is it liable for any consequential damage resulting from the use of GarageTek products. The manufacturer’s liability under this agreement is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part, and the manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any incidental damages resulting from any defect in material or workmanship, or from the breach of any express or implied warranty. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation of the duration of an implied warrant, the above limitations may not apply to you.
